Composite anchors
The composite anchor is made of glass fibre-reinforced polyester. A solid 3–4 mm coloured polyethylene shell covers the entire exterior of the anchor. The inner wall of glass fibre-reinforced polyester plastic offers high resistance to chemicals, moisture, pests, and insects, as well as other forms of physical impact.
Range
The composite anchor is available in two different thicknesses and three different lengths. It is always supplied with a domed washer measuring 200 x 200 x 10 mm.
Load capacity
The breaking load capacity of the composite anchor is approximately 100 kN when the domed washer (200 x 200 x 10 mm) is used together with the stay link.
Length and weight
• 0.85 metre composite anchor weighs approx. 15–30 kg
• 1.3 metre composite anchor weighs approx. 20–25 kg
• 2.6 metre composite anchor weighs approx. 40–50 kg
The low weight makes installation smooth and easy.
